In today's world, days go by so fast, we don't take time to notice little moment of joy that goes by. We are too busy going from one task to the other without slowing down to take in all the efforts we're making or the people we're pleasing or the great person we are. Without this step back in perspective, we end up feeling empty, not having much direction, and even depressed. A simple exercise, looking for one thing you are grateful for in your day, might have a tremendous effect on you and even transform your whole being. Consciously make an effort to note something you are grateful for every day, and see how your way of thinking and well-being will start to shift. I found a beautiful story "365grateful" that I would like to share with you. I was inspired by her beautiful pictures - each representing a unique moment in her life - and felt the desire to give that gift to myself too and create a repertoire of what makes my life interesting and worth living. You can get a glimpse of her wonderful story and my own gratitude photos album by clicking on the links below. Hope you will get inspired too.
